Smart Lock

Smart Lock® is the very simple and efficient small-lipo Handheld Suction Unit. 

– PLK-003 Smart Lock: 60ml suction unit
– PLK-004 Smart Lock: 20 ml suction unit

 As 60 ml and 20 ml Reusable Handheld Small liposuction units, Smart Lock PLK-003 (60ml) and Smart Lock PLK-004 (20ml) models are combined with 60ml/20ml Smart Pistons and BD Luer-tip syringes and can be simply and efficiently used for 20ml – 2/300 ml small volume of liposuction. 
Together with Smart Kit Basic Models (20m, 60ml), 20m/60ml Smart Locks are the most excellent system to harvest, process, centrifuge and concentrate/purify fat tissues for autologous fat grafting.

Smart Piston Science

(* Smart Pistons are designed to be compatible only with BD luer-tip syringes.)

During centrifugation, the specially designed valve in the Smart Piston is automatically closed by the centrifugal force and functions like the syringe cap for fat tissues not to be exposed to the contaminated room air. When the centrifugation is completed, the valve is also automatically opened so that the free oils on top can be removed through the valve, the bloody impurities at the bottom can be discarded and only the pure concentrated adipose tissue can be harvested. Kind of an excellent Colman technique.
